Here is all of the hard-to-find parts you need to build your own tire carrier. The kit includes one of our heavy duty hinge kits, a threaded t-handle closure system, and the wheel plate with 5-6-8 lug patterns and wheel studs. Just add your own square or round tube and you have yourself a beefy tire carrier. Get it all at once and save money!

Here is the most used tire carrier hinge kit on the market. The standard spindles are rated 33" tires with the Mega spindle option rated at 37" tires and accessories! The spindles fit into a hole in your bumper and include all bearings, races, seals, and hardware needed for installation. Once you weld the spindle into your bumper and weld the 2.25" OD hinge tube onto your tire carrier you have a well sealed and very strong assembly. These can also be used for any fabrication project you have that needs a heavy duty pivot--there are thousands of creative ways to utilize these units.
