This unit lets the DIY fabricator have a closure system just like the professionals use. Included is a t-handle bolt that threads into the CNC machined threaded block and the DOM tube spacer that welds through a 2" tire carrier to make the closure system complete. Perfect for making your own Jeep tire carrier.
