Everything you need to build your own tire carrier. The kit includes one of our heavy duty hinge kits, a threaded t-handle closure system, and the wheel plate with wheel studs. Just add your own square or round tube and you have yourself a Jeep tire carrier. Get it all at once and save money!
Here is the most used tire carrier hinge kit on the market. These units are rated at 1,000 lbs.! The spindles fit into a 1.25" hole in your bumper and include all bearings, races, seals, and hardware needed for installation. Once you weld the spindle into your bumper and weld the 2.25" OD hinge tube onto your tire carrier you have a well sealed and very strong assembly. These can also be used for any fabrication project you have that needs a heavy duty pivot--there are thousands of creative ways to utilize these units.
